Level 3 BTEC
The BTEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma for Customer Service Specialists is for learners working in, or intending to work in, a customer service specialist job role, dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints and queries.
Learners will develop knowledge and skills on how to adapt your service approach to meet customer needs and expectations, as well as retain customers, even in challenging situations.

What does a learner need to do?
Attend regular classes either in-person or online.

Bring a positive attitude to class and any work experience to make sure you get the most from the opportunity.
