I loved my journey and really enjoyed all of my courses. I learned how to develop my skills, gained a lot of confidence, made a lot of new friends, and received great support from all of my tutors and assessors.

You are eligible for a Traineeship if:
We will work with you to put together the qualifications, skills and work experience which are right for you.
Our friendly trainers have years of experience teaching and mentoring young people to help them reach their goals.
The sector of the Traineeship is chosen by you. The length of your traineeship may vary depending on what you study – the programmes last between six weeks and six months.
We will match you with an employer who can give you work experience in the sector or subject you have chosen to study.
Your work experience placement will be created to make sure it brings value to both you and the employer you do your experience with. You will complete a minimum of 70 hours work experience.
We work with large and small employers for work experience, including many household names such as M&S, Doubletree by Hilton, DPD and Smyths.

The nationally recognised qualifications you’ll achieve with us will develop your specialist subject knowledge and skills and also prepare you for further study, the workplace and your job search.
As an alternative to school or college we have some of the same qualifications and some different vocational options. You study in smaller classes with more control over your learning and access to mentoring support if you need it.
Your careers advisor or a job coach might tell you about us, or refer you directly, as we often partner with colleges, job centres and other specialist trainers to make our courses easier to find and do.
We always prepare you for your next steps whether that is further study or into work. We also work with employers to help them find and hire people like you who make great Trainees and Apprentices.
