Digital Marketing with Customer Service

During this Traineeship you will plan and manage a marketing campaign, learn about using different digital platforms and review and evaluate your work in response to a brief. The perfect introduction to a career in digital marketing!

Learn how to describe a product, write digital ads and select the right channels for the job.

Your Level 2 BTEC in Digital Marketing will be coupled with a Level 2 BTEC Award in Customer Service. You’ll learn how to manage customers, provide a great brand experience and those all important teamwork skills.

We we also support you with employability skills training and a high-quality work experience placement, which will support you to progress on to further education, an Apprenticeship or a job.

What does a learner need to do?

Attend regular classes either in-person or online.

Allow time for project work and study each week.

To complete the Level 2 BTEC Award  in Digital Marketing, you will develop skills in:

  • Digital marketing for products and services

To complete the Level 2 BTEC in Customer Service you will develop skills in:

  • How to Deliver High-Quality Customer Service
  • Personal Effectiveness in a Customer Service Environment
  • Communication in a Customer Service Environment
  • Communicating with Customers Effectively
  • Handling Customer Conflict and Challenge
  • Managing Personal Effectiveness

Eligibility

There are no qualification requirements for the course. If you need support in English and Maths, this can be included in your Traineeship.

Assessment

Evidence for assessment will be generated throughout the course from project work, assignments, workplace assessment and presentations.
