We direct deliver training and also partner local providers who add value through the variety of their training provision relevant to local jobs markets and occupational areas.

NHS partnership for Traineeships creates new opportunities for young people

“For me one of the best things about this scheme is it brings people in from our local community to consider career paths within their local community. I have been really overcome with how well these young people have done and the positive feedback from the staff that have been working alongside them providing a fantastic service to our patients.”

Alison Bradbury, Workforce Development Manager at the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Kent youngster wins dream Royal Navy job

“When we first met Danny, he was very shy. He always had his head down and his earphones on. But his transformation has been fantastic. He has become a true leader, always willing to help others, and the fact that he has managed to lose that amount of weight and keep it off is a great credit to him. We just think he’s amazing.”

Chris Pound, Director of Concept Training

Partnership with Kent school helps ‘at risk’ GCSE students

“The scheme is proving to be an innovatively brilliant way of reducing the number of young people in Kent becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training). Dozens of vulnerable students have benefitted but we want more schools to sign up.”

Mike Rayner, Participation and Progression Manager (West Kent) at Kent County Council

Working with schools

We are a national training provider, Ofsted rated Good, and offer a range of courses and Traineeship programmes to help 16–24-year-olds progress in education, training or employment.

With Centres across the West Midlands, London and Brighton, we offer an attractive choice for young people leaving school, some of whom may benefit from extra guidance and support in taking their next step.  We are not like a traditional sixth form or college in that we enrol all year round. Our experience includes school partnerships which help vulnerable students to complete their GCSEs.

We also work with schools to help them deliver the highest standard of careers advice, to make sure students are aware of all their options upon leaving school.  Ask us about helping to meet your Baker Clause Duty and we can also help at careers events.
