At the core of this Apprenticeship Lean and Six Sigma methods combined with project and change management skills enable individuals to identify improvements and deliver change.

What to expect

What does an employer need to do?
  • Provide the learner with the opportunity to take part in work and projects to produce a portfolio of evidence required for Apprenticeship assessment and completion.
  • Take part in progress reviews at regular intervals.
  • Have some involvement in the project(s) being undertaken.
  • Allow the apprentice an agreed amount of classroom time.

Eligibility Criteria

For Improvement Practitioner Level 4 the individual employer will decide whether an employee is suitable for the programme. There is no standardised eligibility criteria.

Qualifications and professional recognition

On completion you will be qualified as a Lean and Six Sigma Green belt.

End Point Assessment

To successfully complete the Apprenticeship, the learner needs to pass an independent End Point Assessment.
