Key responsibilities of Team Leaders or Supervisors often include supporting, managing and developing team members, planning and monitoring workloads, operational delivery, problem solving and relationship building internally and externally.
Team leaders or Supervisors are key to organisational success and work across all industries.
Typical Job Roles: Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.

For Team Leader or Supervisor Level 3 the individual employer will decide whether an employee is suitable for the programme. There is no standardised eligibility criteria.
Level 3 competency.
To successfully complete the apprenticeship, the learner needs to pass an independent End Point Assessment which consists of three distinct assessment methods:
