You will also gain an understanding of the different leadership styles and how each style could impact on work procedures, and an understanding of motivational theories and their application in the workplace

Principles of Managing Performance

Managing and monitoring the performance of business activities plays an important role in supporting an organisation to achieve its goals and objectives. Managing performance in an organisation will include the management of staff performance and for an organisation to achieve its objectives, it will need to recruit, train and retain employees with the relevant skills and knowledge. Different views and values in the workplace can cause conflict and impact on business performance, so it is important that managers resolve conflict and support equality and diversity.

I really enjoyed all my courses. The class sizes are smaller than I thought they would be, which allowed me to get more help from my tutors. They were all very lovely and always answered my questions. Skills Training UK really have changed my life - I recommend them to anyone.
