Apprenticeships for... the Travel Sector
With a proven track record of providing Apprenticeship training for Levy-paying and SME employers, Skills Training UK was proud to receive the Training Provider of the Year Award at the 2019 Times Educational Supplement FE Awards.
Partnering with specialist education provider Travilearn, we design and deliver an innovative Apprenticeship Standard for the Business Travel sector, titled ‘Pathway to Business Travel’.
The bespoke training programme is based on the Apprenticeship Standard for Customer Service. It is focused on upskilling employees within the sector who are the first point of contact with business travel clients and are involved with the delivery of high quality products and services to buyers, bookers and business travellers.
Our approach results in a motivated workforce that is competent and skilled in delivering high levels of customer service within their organisation.
