Operations and Quality Improvement

Levels offered: Level 3 (advanced)

The Level 3 Operations and Quality Improvement Apprenticeship builds on the Level 2 NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques to cover a wide range of roles within manufacturing and production. Enrolling on this Apprenticeship could see you working in job roles such as Business improvement Co-ordinator, Continuous Improvement Facilitator, Continuous Improvement Champion, or Change Implementation Facilitator where your goal is to achieve organisational quality, cost, delivery & people objectives to support a range of operational functions.

You could also work as a Business Analyst (Process Improvement), Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Industrial Engineer or Process Co-ordinator whereby you would carrying out various tasks in order to ensure that any potential failures in the process from 'order' to 'customer' can be eliminated out of the process or product.

Other roles covered by this Apprenticeship could include Cell Leader, Production Leader, or Assembly Group Leader whereby you would learn how to proactively identify areas of improvement, apply workplace organisation methodologies and review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
