If so, then you are encouraged to apply for one of our Progress Coach positions. We are a Prime Contractor to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and have been selected to deliver the European Social Fund (England) 2011 – 2013 Support for Troubled Families, which we have called Progress!
Our Progress Coaches will empower individuals and families as a whole to make positive changes to their lives and make progress towards sustainable employment.
Working closely with Local Authorities and partner agencies, they will develop and agree Progress Plans, arrange activities and mentor each family member.
We are looking for self-motivated people with:
• significant skills and experience in 1 to 1 coaching
• excellent communication skills
• ability to empathise with and motivate troubled family participants
• knowledge of target communities and local agency networks.

Apprenticeship Assessor
We require an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor for this contract across a range of occupational sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a flexible basis to deliver high quality, sector-specific qualifications and training at Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship level,to employees, the self-employed and the voluntary sector. You will be responsible for coaching, assessing and maintaining a case-load of learners, enabling them to achieve their qualifications. Applicants will be qualified NVQ Assessors with either D32/D33 or A1 certificates, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to support a range of learners to complete Apprenticeships to include, Customer Service, Business Administration, Business Improvement, Team Leading and Management. Recent occupational competence in these sectors will be a distinct advantage. Ideally applicants will have experience in delivering apprenticeships and a proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with employers. Access to your own transport, a full driving licence and a willingness to travel around London and the South East will be required.
